Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has renewed and amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2001-0562-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jack Roggenbuck. The project consists of ongoing operation and maintenance of HVR as described in the Site Plan Agreement. Project activities include operation of surface water diversions from the Shasta River and pond springs adjacent to the Shasta River (diversion numbers 160 and 161 and the upslope spring); diversion facility maintenance; wet stream crossing use and maintenance; fish screen maintenance; and implementation of beneficial management activities carried out by Permittee to benefit coho salmon including operation of improved water diversion and water temperature management infrastructure.
