Document Description
Project consists of agricultural water management modifications on two separate ranches in the Shasta Valley. All infrastructure modifications are designed to improve water management, improve irrigation efficiencies, reduce the amount of cold water resources utilized for irrigation, increase cold water returns to the river, and improve fish screening. The project is designed to improve water quality b decreasing temperatures and increasing DO in the Shasta River and Parks Creek, an anadromous fishery, and known spawning and rearing habitat for the federally threatened Coho Salmon.
