General Plan Amendment (GPA 15-02) to change the General Plan Land Use
designation from Residential (R-1.5) to Residential (R-4); a Zone Change (ZC 15-03) from One-Family Residential 30,000 square foot minimum lot area (R-1-30,000) to One-Family Residential (R-1); and a Local Coastal Program (LCPA 15-05) Land Use and Zone Change to reflect the proposed General Plan Land Use and Zoning for a 5.4-acre portion of a 21.9-acre property and approval of a Tentative Tract Map (CT 15-07), Planned Development Permit (PUD 15-15), Coastal Development Perm!t (CDP 15-53), Hillside Development Permit (HDP 15-03), and Habitat Management Permit (HMP 15-05) to allow for the construction of 13 single-family residential lots, one private street lot, one open space lot for water quality treatment, one open space lot for community recreation, one open space lot for community landscape and one 16.5-acre open space preserve lot, all of which is contained within a 21.9-acre previously subdivided property.
