Document Description
The proposed project would develop and operate a concrete and asphalt recycling yard, which would include the following structures: a 12 ft by 48 ft portable office building, portable office building, portable restroom facilities, and an 80 ft by 12 ft truck scale. Approximately 5.78 acres of the site would be used for material stockpiling and intake, and nine acres would be reserved for future stockpiling if needed. Other project components include a 12,000 gallons water tank, a groundwater well, water quality control basin, roadway improvements, and electricity extensions.
