Document Description
The project is the Master Plan for the Olive View UCLA medical center campus which consist of two tiers of development including associated infrastructure and demolition to facilitate new construction ind will guide campus development into the next twenty+ years. Tier I entails "near-term projects that are bettor defined and would be constructed through approximately year 2035. Tier I developmental could include a Restorative Care Village, comparison of a Recuperative Care Center, a Residential Treatment Program facility, Mental Health Urgent Care Center. and a Mental Health Wellness Center; an Ambulatory Care Center: existing hospital improvement community center; central utility plant expansion. materials management building: new parking facilities; and other campus improvements that would be located predominantly in the eastern half of the current campus.
