Reasons for Exemption
The Dutton Meadow Subdivision is a new, 137-unit single-family residential small lot subdivision with associated parcels and parking reduction on an 18.56-acre site within the Roseland Area/Sebastopol Road Specific Plan boundary. The Project is statutorily exempt under CEQA Guidelines Section 15182(a)(c) and Government Resource Code Section 65457, in that the Project is consistent with the adopted Roseland Area/Sebastopol Road Specific Plan, for which a certified EIR was adopted by the City Council in 2016 (State Clearinghouse No. 2016012030) and no special circumstances or potential new impacts related to the Project has been identified that would necessitate further environmental review beyond the impacts and issues already disclosed and analyzed.
