Note: Find the Final EIR, Comments and Responses at https://www.mynevadacounty.com/522/Dollar-General The proposed project consists of the development of three Dollar General Stores located at three different sites within Nevada County jurisdiction. All three Dollar General projects would have the same building square footage (9,100 sf) and are similar in total developed area. Each store would include parking, landscaping, and lighting. The Alta Sierra and Grass Valley (Rough and Ready Highway) sites would include a septic system; the Penn Valley site would connect to Nevada Irrigation District sewer. Water would be provided by NID.
