Document Description
This Amendment makes one specific change to the ITP as originally issued. This Amendment changes the Permittee and its principal officer, contact person, and mailing address, to reflect the sale of Roberts Ranch from Hollister Enterprise, LLC, to KB Home South Bay, Inc. This Amendment does not change any Conditions of Approval of the ITP. Development activities associated with Roberts Ranch will permanently remove 54.9 acres of California tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense) habitat. Roberts Ranch development activities are expected to result in incidental take of California tiger salamander, which is designated as a threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
