Document Description
The project proposes minor design modifications to the Mountain View Connector Pipeline Project, a potable water pipeline project that was included, described, and analyzed in the District's previously certified Comprehensive Facilities Master Plan (CFMP) Environmental Impact Report (BIR) as project R-4B. During design, minor modifications were made to improve water reliability and access. The proposed minor modifications include: ( 1) a different pipeline alignment along Frances Drive and Harbinson Canyon Road; (2) a different connection point at the Mountain Top Reservoir Site; and (3) an increase in pipeline diameter of four inches (from 12 inches to 16 inches). In addition to these modifications, the project will also now include 6,900 square yards of pavement repairs in Mountain View Road and Frances Drive.
