The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-50401-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Loren Teague The project consists of one encroachment(s): The Project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is to upgrade and maintain a ford stream crossing for dry season use only. Work for this encroachment will include creating a define flow path, removing fence post(s) from the bed, bank and channel, and rock armoring the crossing and approaches as necessary to minimize sediment delivery and erosion.
