Document Description
A Zoning Clearance Certificate for 1,400 square feet of existing outdoor and 3,600 square feet existing mixed-light commercial cannabis cultivation supported by a 500 square foot ancillary nursery. Drying is conducted on site while trimming and packaging is done off-site at a licensed third-party processing facility. The 40,000-gallon annual water budget is sourced from rainwater catchment and a permitted well with no more than half of the annual water use provided by the well. There is 14,300 gallons of existing water storage with water storage increasing each year for the next five years until there is 40,000 gallons of total water storage capacity. Power is provided by PGE with a generator for emergencies.
