Document Description
Pursuant to the Humboldt County Commercial Medical Marijuana Land Use Ordinance (CMMLUO), Section 314-55.4. l et seq., requesting issuance of a Zoning Clearance Certificate for 5,000 sf of existing commercial cannabis cultivation consisting of 2,500 square feet of outdoor and 2,500 square feet of mixed light cultivation. The source of irrigation water is an existing and a proposed well. Water usage is estimated to be approximately 185 gallons per day (31,450 gallons during the forbearance period). Dry farming techniques are utilized. There is 31,600 gallons of existing hard tank water storage currently on the property to provide for irrigation during the forbearance period of May 15th to October 31st. Applicant will conduct all drying and processing on-site in a permitted building until the proposed ag-exempt shop is constructed. No employees will be engaged in the processing activities. The property is connected to PG&E.
