Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-52598-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Majdi Rahman. The project consists of 5 encroachment(s): The Project is limited to five encroachments. Three encroachments are to upgrade and maintain three existing stream crossings. One encroachment is to decommission a stream crossing on a skid road. One is encroachment is to complete the restoration of an on-stream impoundment from a Class-III stream. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, backfilling, and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
