Document Description
The Project is limited to two encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from a spring, tributary to Mad River. Water is diverted for irrigation use only. Work for the water diversion will include removal and replacement, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other proposed encroachment is to upgrade an existing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
