Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-53261-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Craig Maclay. The project consists of two encroachment(s): The two encroachments are for the removal of water diversion infrastructure from two unnamed tributaries to the South Fork Trinity River. Work will include the removal of two water diversions and restoring the stream channel to its natural configuration. Clean, washed rock shall be sued to backfill the removal as necessary.
