Document Description
Project is limited to 9 encroachments. One encroachment is to install an 18 inch diameter 35 feet long culvert on a class III watercourse where there currently is no structure under an existing road. A second encroachment is replace an undersized 18 inch, culvert with a 24 inch culvert. A third encroachment is to install a critical dip and rock armor the inlet and outlet of a functioning and appropriately sized 18 inch culvert. A fourth encroachment is install a critical dip and rock armor the inlet and outlet of a functioning 18 inch culvert. A fifth encroachment is to replace an undersized 12 inch culvert with a 24 inch culvert. A sixth encroachment is to replace an undersized 28 inch culvert with a 36-inch culvert. A seventh encroachment is to decommission an infrequently used, un-rocked road and leave installed a functioning 20 inch diameter culvert. An eighth encroachment is for water diversion from a shallow water well that is captured in a large cistern that is hydrologically connected to Honeydew Creek. Water is diverted for domestic household and cannabis cultivation use. A ninth encroachment is to install a pond spillway for an off stream storage and rain catchment pond. Work for the water diversion and stream crossings will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
