- Project is limited to 11 encroachments. One encroachment is to replace an existing undersized and failing 24 inch culvert with a minimum 30 inch culvert. A second encroachment is to stabilize an existing appropriately sized 36" culvert with rock armoring and critical dip installation. A third encroachment is to install a 24 inch culvert to stabilize sediment deposition. A fourth encroachment is to replace an existing undersized and failing 36 inch culvert with 48 inch culvert. A fifth encroachment is to install a 24 inch culvert to stabilize sediment deposition. A sixth encroachment is to install critical dips and a rocked ford along with rock to an inboard ditch and road prism to remediate erosion and sediment deposition. A seventh encroachment is to install a 30 inch diameter culvert in a class III watercourse. An eighth encroachment is for a water diversion form a spring through a 1 inch poly pipe to storage for domestic household and cannabis cultivation use. A ninth encroachment is for water diversion from a spring through a 1 inch poly pipe to storage for cannabis cultivation use. A tenth encroachment is for water diversion from a spring through a 3/4 inch poly to storage for cannabis cultivation. An eleventh encroachment is for realignment of a stream channel from its diverted location back to its original channel. Work for the water diversions and stream crossings will include use and maintenance of the diversion infrastructure.
