Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-50802-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Martin Falls. The project consists of one encroachment: One encroachment is to decommission a road/stream crossing on an unnamed tributary to Butte Creek. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, removing fill from a stream, setting back the slope and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
