Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-48540-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sandra Seise. The project consists of two encroachments: One encroachment is to upgrade an existing culvert. The second encroachment is to remove invasive plant species and revegetate the back of a stream channel with native riparian plan species. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
