Document Description
The Project is limited to one encroachment for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Mattole River. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include replacement, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The current infrastructure shall be removed and replaced with infrastructure meeting the terms set forth in this Agreement. Only hand tools may be used in the removal of the infrastructure. The rock dam shall be removed or altered to ensure consistent 80% bypass at all times.
