Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment. The single encroachment will upgrade a culvert at a road/stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will include extending the culvert a minimum of 4 feet to extend beyond the road fill at the outlet, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
