Document Description
The Project is limited to three (3) encroachments. One proposed encroachment will remove a legacy diversion infrastructure from a spring channel. The cistern shall be excavated and removed, including all poly pipe associated with the defunct diversion. Clean, washed rock shall be used to backfill the hole when the infrastructure is removed. Two other proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
