CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0383-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Mr. Theodore C. Graves, representing Blue Rock Farms, LLC.
The project is limited to three encroachments. Encroachments 1 and 2 are for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to Horse Pasture Creek. Water is diverted for domestic and irrigation use. Work for the water diversions will include excavation and removal of an existing concrete spring box and cistern, replacement of each with a 12" diameter spring box, and use and maintenance of water diversion infrastructure. Encroachment 3 consists of replacement of a failing culvert with a new properly sized culvert, and removal of an existing unused spring box at the culvert outlet. Additional work at the project site will include revegetation and erosion control as detailed in the notification.
