Document Description
The Project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to Blue Slide Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include structure retrofit, use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other proposed encroachment is to upgrade existing culvert road stream crossing and restore the degraded stream channel below the culvert outlet. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, stream recontouring, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, revegetation of the impacted stream bank, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
