Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed LSAA No. EPIMS-HUM-30188-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Chad Mussey. The Project consists of four encroachment(s): One encroachment is for spring water diversion for domestic use. One encroachment is to upgrade a culvert stream crossing to a rocked ford, one encroachment is to decommission a culvert steam crossing and restore the stream, and one encroachment is to partially backfill an excavated stream pool with rock, install a rocked ford, and restock approximately 0.33 acres of impacted land area surrounding the spring and reservoir. Work for these encroachments will include disposal of cannabis waste, downed tree relocation, excavation/removal of culverts (as applicable), backfilling/compaction, channel recontouring, rock armoring, revegetation, and monitoring.
