The project is limited to two (2) encroachments. One (1) encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Powers Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use year-round. The second encroachment is for water diversion from a spring-fed pond. Water is diverted for irrigation use. Work for the water diversion will include
upgrade of the domestic diversion infrastructure to comply with this Agreement, as well as use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
