The pond spillway will be rock armored to prevent erosion and sediment deposition and other maintenance conducted as necessary. The 18-inch undersized and failing culvert will be replaced with appropriately sized culvert, positioned to grade, armored at the inlet and outlet with a critical dip installed as appropriate. The diversion is for a spring fed cistern catchment where water will be diverted for domestic household and cannabis irrigation use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Two additional historically placed and properly functioning culvert exists on the property and do not require notification.
