Document Description
The project is limited to 6 encroachments on Dobbyn Creek and an unnamed tributary and an unnamed tributary to North Dobbyn Creek. Two encroachments are for water diversion, one for domestic use and the other for irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure in compliance with the Agreement. Two encroachments are to upgrade unpermitted stream crossings and work will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One encroachment is to remediate unpermitted stream alteration and will include excavation work to reestablish the natural flow path of the stream consistent with a submitted and approved remediation plan. One encroachment is to remediate unpermitted grading and riparian tree removal and will include implementation consistent with a submitted and approved revegetation plan.
