Document Description
Project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributaries to Basin Creek. Water is diverted from a 23 inch buried cistern at a class III watercourse to storage for domestic household and cannabis cultivation use. A second encroachment is to replace an undersized 8 inch culvert connected to a pond with a minimum 18 inch culvert. Work for the water diversion and culvert will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the undersized culvert, and replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
