Document Description
The project is limited to three encroachments. The first encroachment consists of remediation activities at the overflow of a wetland feeding a stream. Work for this encroachment includes excavation, removal of old culverts and other embedded infrastructure and obstructions, construction of a rock-lined drainage swale, and construction of an appropriately designed vented ford crossing. The second encroachment shall upgrade an existing stream crossing by rock armoring the outlet. The third encroachment involves the decommissioning of a Humboldt-crossing and restoring the stream channel to its natural condition. Work for this encroachment includes excavation of the existing fill prism and recontouring the channel and side slopes.
