Document Description
The project is limited to two encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from a “shallow-well” adjacent to Cummings and Fielder creeks. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other proposed encroachment
shall reconstruct a failing bridge crossing spanning Fielder Creek. Work for this encroachment will include removal of failing abutments, replacement with new properly designed abutments, recontouring of the banks, and rock armoring as
necessary to minimize erosion.
