Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-15681-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to James Kaiser. The project consists of three (3) encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Redwood Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include facility retrofit, use, and maintenance. Two encroachments are to upgrade undersized culvert stream crossings. Work for these encroachment(s) will include excavation, culvert replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
