Document Description
Project consists of 5 encroachments: One encroachment is to improve the rock armoring for the spillway of a lined pond fed by ditch relief through an appropriately sized and functioning 24 inch culvert and used for cannabis cultivation. A second encroachment is to permit an existing unlined catchment pond fed by ditch relief but not currently used for cannabis cultivation. A third encroachment is to permit maintenance for a functioning and appropriately sized 24-inch driveway culvert that carries ditch relief water. A fourth encroachment is for a water diversion from a screened catchment box that delivers water from an unnamed class 3 tributary to Basin Creek to a household micro-hydroelectric generation system that operates during the wet months using a 3 inch poly pipe to carry the diverted water. A fifth encroachment is to replace a failing and undersized 48 inch diameter culvert on an unnamed class 3 tributary to Basin Creek, with a minimum 60 inch culvert. Work for the pond(s), culverts and water diversion will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure during the term of the Agreement. The property also has a non-jurisdictional well that did not require notification.
