Document Description
The project is limited to 12 encroachments to Hacker Creek and unnamed tributaries. One encroachment is for water diversion for domestic use only and work will include use and maintenance of diversion infrastructure. Two encroachments are to upgrade and remediate a failing pond spillway and pond embankment. The other proposed work is to upgrade or remediate unpermitted culverts and erosion issues. Work will include some of all of the following: excavation, culvert removal, culvert replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill, installation of critical dip, hydrologically disconnecting road runoff, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
