Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0953-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jesse Cabral. The project is limited to 12 encroachments (projects). One project is for water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary to Big Finley Creek for domestic use; work includes use and maintenance of structure. One project is for water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary to Big Finley Creek for micro hydroelectric power generation, work includes use and maintenance of diversion structure. One project is to install a rocked ford stream crossing; work includes rock armoring to prevent sediment delivery/erosion. Three projects are to upgrade undersized culverts and restore the streambank; work includes excavation, removal of culverts, replacement with properly sized culverts, backfilling/compaction, rock armoring, and reshaping/revegetation of the streambank. The remaining six projects include adding rock armor to existing culvert stream crossing outlets and existing fords.
