A second encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed spring that is tributary to Mattole Canyon Creek for domestic household and cannabis cultivation use. Both springs are diverted from shallow cisterns and transported via 1 inch poly pipe to storage. Work for the water diversions will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
