Document Description
The project is limited to 10 encroachments (Table 1). Three encroachments are for water diversion from Larabee Creek and an unnamed tributary. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. One encroachment is to decommission a water diversion. Four encroachments are to upgrade stream crossings. Work for these encroachment(s) will include excavation, removal of the failing crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One encroachment is upgrade the outlet of a reservoir that is hydrologically connected to a stream. One encroachment is for stream restoration to remove concrete from a stream.
