- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0401-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Walker Wise. Project is limited to two encroachments. Encroachment 1 is for water diversion for domestic and irrigation use from an unnamed tributary to Chamise Creek. Work for the water diversion will include excavation and removal of an existing, unused concrete cistern, and use and maintenance of existing water diversion infrastructure (spring box). Encroachment 2 is for water diversion for irrigation purposes from an existing pond on a Class III stream. Work for the pond will include maintenance and use of the pond and water diversion infrastructure.
