Document Description
The project is limited to 19 encroachments on unnamed tributaries to Blue Slide Creek and Miller Creek. Three encroachments are for upgrading existing water diversion for domestic use and irrigation or removal. Work or the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure in compliance with the measures of this agreement. Nine encroachments are to upgrade existing stream crossings culverts and seven encroachments are to decommission and remediate unpermitted crossings or stream alteration work. Work for these encroachments will include some or all the following: excavation, culvert removal, culvert installation, backfilling and compaction of fill, rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion, reconstruction of the bed and banks of the stream, and realignment of the natural flow.
