Document Description
The project is limited to 12 encroachments. Two encroachments are for existing surface water diversions on Class II watercourses, two encroachments will repair erosion on a legacy road by reducing the bank slope and adding rip-rap, one encroachment will repair bank failure downstream from a rock ford with rolling dips/waterbars, two encroachment will lessen diversion potential on an armored fill and rock crossings by accentuating existing dips and adding rock armoring, and encroachments are to upgrade failing or undersized culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
