Document Description
The project is limited to two encroachments. One (1) encroachment is for diversion of water from 40-foot deep well located on the banks of an unnamed tributary to Burr Creek. Water is diverted for irrigation purposes. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other proposed encroachment is to decommission an unpermitted ford crossing. Work for this encroachment will include using hand tools to restore to reestablish the natural channel and seed and mulching the area as needed to minimize erosion.
