Document Description
The project is limited to 8 encroachments on unnamed tributaries to the Van Duzen River. One encroachment is for water diversion from an existing well for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance in compliance with the measures of this Agreement. The seven other encroachments are to upgrade existing stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, culvert removal, culvert replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
