The project is limited to two encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to the Van Duzen River (POD-1). Water shall be diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include the use and installation of water diversion infrastructure to comply with the measures of this Agreement. The second encroachment shall dismantle and remove water diversion infrastructure identified as POD-2; no diversion from this location shall be authorized by this Agreement.
