Document Description
This Agreement relies on the Notification materials and a CDFW site inspection by Environmental Scientist Christine Hahn Vertical on December 3, 2020. CDFW will conduct a compliance monitoring visit during the term of this Agreement. The project is limited to ten encroachments. Three encroachments are for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to Little Burr Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use only. Work for the water diversion will include improvements, use, rocking upstream head cutting, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Five other proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Another encroachment is to install a stream crossing and restore the stream area. The last encroachment is to conduct work on a spring fed pond rendering it incapable of storing water.

This adjacent parcel is not fully evaluated as under this permit.
