Document Description
The project is limited to 7 encroachments on Gibson Creek and unnamed tributaries. Two encroachments are for water diversion for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing stream crossings to current standards and to restore natural flow and minimize impacts to stream habitats. Work for these encroachments will include some or all of the following: excavation, culvert removal, culvert replacement, recontouring stream bed and banks, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
