Document Description
Project is limited to 4 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from a Class 2 spring that is not hydrologically connected by surface flow to Frenchman Creek. Water is diverted from a 12 inch concrete cistern and transferred to storage for domestic use and irrigation. A second encroachment is to replace a 12-inch and 18-inch culvert system with a single appropriately size 24-inch culvert. A third encroachment is to replace a 12-inch culvert with an appropriately sized 18-inch culvert. A fourth encroachment is to decommission a dirt fill crossing to restore a class III watercourse to its natural channel. Work for the water diversion and stream crossing will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure.
