Document Description
The project is limited to 6 encroachments. Four encroachments are to upgrade undersized culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One encroachment is to install rock dissipation at the outlet of a properly sized culvert. The other encroachment is for a water diversion to install a concrete cistern and operate the diversion.
