Document Description
The project is limited to 3 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unpermitted well located on unnamed tributaries to Little Burr Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and commercial irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The two other proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Supplemental information provided in the Notification indicates that Turtle Pond Farms includes adjacent APN 210-061-006. This Agreement does not include any assessment of 210-061-006 nor does it authorize any water diversion or permit any stream crossings on that parcel. The diversion disclosed in joint WRPP WDID 1B161324CHUM for adjacent APN 210-061-006 requires separate notification.
