Document Description
Project is limited to 9 encroachments. One encroachment is to upgrade an undersized crossing from an 18 inch to a 30 inch diameter. A second encroachment is to upgrade an undersized culvert from an 18 inch to a 30 inch diameter. A third encroachment is to improve low water crossing on a class III watercourse to a rocked ford. A fourth encroachment is to improve a functioning and appropriately sized 18 inch culvert by rocking the ford. A fifth encroachment is to decommissioning an undersized and nonfunctioning 6-inch culvert. A sixth encroachment is to decommission a low water crossing on a class II watercourse. A seventh encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed class III intermittent spring tributary to South Fork Eel River. Water is diverted for household domestic and cannabis cultivation use from a cistern to storage. An eighth encroachment is to decommission two watercourse crossings, a road segment and two graded flats. A ninth encroachment is to remediate a water storage site b armoring the cut slope with rip rap, armoring ditch relief channel with rip-rap and installing native vegetation along ditch relief and in proximity to a class II watercourse. Work for the water diversion and stream crossings will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure.
