Document Description
The project is limited to 4 encroachments. Two encroachments are to upgrade culverted stream crossings, the third encroachment is for an existing on-channel pond and spillway that obstructs and impounds the natural flow of the stream/spring, and the fourth encroachment is for water diversion from an existing shallow well. Work for the stream crossing encroachments will include excavation, removal of culverts, replacement with new culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring to minimize erosion. Maintenance of all permitted instream structures is included in this Agreement.
